[31]

I'm quickly approaching my 31st birthday. <holy crap> <already?>

I thought since 30 was such a big milestone for me, I'd share some things I've learned/realized/come to terms within the last year.

Here we go...

1) I will always have at least one pimple on my face till the day I die.
2) Eyebrow hairs can suddenly start growing out of the middle of your forehead. And multiply over night.
3) My waistline does not dictate my happiness.
4) I love food more than a certain <unrealistic> number on the scale.
5) God will not send a lighting bolt down from the heavens to strike me in a deathly ball of fire when I tell people no.
6) Telling people no is kinda fun.
7) I know what contentment feels like. And it has nothing to do with perfection.
8) I'm not perfect.
9) I will never be perfect.
10) And I don't care...as much.
11) I am kinda weird. I am a dork. I am awkward.

And I think I'm <mostly> okay with it.

[march adoorable decor]

Still have a few more days till my February class, but thought I'd share a sneak peak for my March wreath!

SO excited for this class! This yarn wrapped wreath features lots of easy to make felt flowers and the cutest bunny painted in a soft mint color. The class is on March 1st @ 6pm. If you sign up HERE you can save 10% on the $35 class fee. And the fee inlcudes supplies, so all you need to bring are fabric scissors, pinking shears, and a hot glue gun and glue sticks.

And something else pretty exciting, thanks to Miss Kelli Collins, I'll also be selling spring garlands that coordinate with the wreath the day of class!

Hope to see you there!

[love]

Feeling the love in our ugly attractively challenged rental right now.

[Pic above photo bombed by my husband's Fantasy Football trophy {top right corner}. I was going to crop it out but decided I wanted you all to feel sorry for me. It should be moving on to some one's else home really soon. Or the garbage.]

[Chain made from leftover felt from my Valentine's Day wreath. Pic at the very bottom.]

[^^From my first blog post on here! And what used to be my one and only v-day decoration.^^]

[Lots of scotch tape made this possible. Despite it being the dustiest light fixture ever, the tape is miraculously still holding. Dust = 0 Scotch Tape = 138974698734]

[Tissue paper tassels. Fun & cheap!]

[And my most favortist decoration...Valentine's envelopes! Made one for each of the kids. The boys, who are 12 and 10, were over...the...moon with this idea* Found a tutorial for it HERE. Modified it slightly as you might notice...   fyi --> * =sarcasm. They hated it.]

[But I don't care! I'm going to pretend they're 5 till they are legal adults]

ALL the decorations above I did for under $30. Impressive, right??

And my other most favortist decoration left for ETC yesterday. I miss it terribly already. Just like with January's wreath, the chalkboard was decorated to add to the wreath's cuteness. Those interested in taking this class, you can sign up HERE!

P.S. You might notice ETC has a whole new look online....that's cause we're now selling scrapbooking products online! Exciting!! Fabric coming soon!

And just for the 10 who follow this blog, and the 2 who actually read it, a sneak peak of March's wreath!

You're probably tired of this word after reading this post, but it's my most FAVORITE wreath yet. Can't wait to show it off in a few weeks! Stay tuned!

[february adoorable decor]

Hope this isn't confusing since I haven't had my January class yet,but since I'm a little OCD about having my sample done EXACTLY 4 weeks before the class date here is February's wreath!

This class is a little different than my others. For this one you get to make it EXACTLY how you want it. So if your favorite Valentine's colors are pink and gray, you can use pink and gray felt and embellishments. And best part? I'll have 99% of all supplies available to purchase day of class. And if you want yours exactly like mine, I'll have those supplies available too. (Get your supply list when you sign up or I'll have some available in-store!)

Class cost $15, but you save 10% when you sign up online HERE.

**Our online system is temporarily down, but you can call the store and sign up and still save the 10% (480)854-2303

Hope to see you there!
